Brick Police have introduced a string of arrests made and expenses given amid a interval of inauspicious conduct within the township over the past month.

Bland was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The opposite driver, Darion Showers, was charged with conspiracy to own heroin with the intent to distribute, conspiracy to own heroin, wandering in a public place to acquire a managed harmful substance, and driving a motorized vehicle with a suspended license.

Brick Police stated that Bland and Showers have been processed and then delivered to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River.
