DWI Charge for Driver Hospitalized After Lodi Cemetery Crash

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of a Lodi citizen due to a personal injury accident. Emily Hunt, 21-year-old resident of Lodi, was apprehended for driving while intoxicated, which is considered a misdemeanor, along with various traffic offenses after she crashed her vehicle off the road and into a cemetery. A subsequent investigation confirmed that Hunt was under the influence at the time. She experienced minor injuries from the collision and was taken to the Geneva General Hospital. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office received assistance from the South Seneca Ambulance and the Lodi Fire Department in addressing the incident.
