1st DUI Case in Berlin Barracks

This is a news release from the Vermont State Police Department regarding an incident. The case number is 24A3002563, handled by Trooper Jon Prack, stationed at the Berlin Barracks.

The incident occurred on April 13, 2024, at 11:14 PM on Interstate 89 south, mile marker 44.2 in Williamstown, VT. The violation cited was DUI #1. The individual involved was 48-year-old Jennifer Gray, a resident of Northfield, VT.

The Vermont State Police responded to a report of a disabled vehicle, identified as a 2013 Ford F-150, showing passenger side damage and a flat passenger side front tire. The vehicle was operated by Jennifer Gray. Post investigation revealed that Gray was under the influence of intoxicants at the time. She was arrested on suspicion of DUI and taken to the Berlin Barracks for processing.

Subsequently, Gray was released with a citation to appear in the Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division on May 1, 2024, at 8:30 AM. She was not detained hence there was no bail set. A mug shot was taken during the process.
