Louisiana Drivers Face DUI Charges: Lincoln County Jail Docket – Daily Leader

Two drivers from Louisiana have been charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) at Lincoln County Jail according to the docket on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. John Wesley Petty was arrested and charged with DUI refusal and careless driving by the Brookhaven Police Department. Meanwhile, Cherlyn A. Poe was arrested and charged with DUI, child endangerment, possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoids in their vehicle, and possession of paraphernalia by the Mississippi Highway Patrol. Patricia Williams, Johnny B. Ferguson, and Titania A. Nelson have also been listed on the docket with various charges. However, it needs to be mentioned that an arrest does not imply guilt. Every individual is deemed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
