Don Toliver encountered some trouble this week. Reportedly, the rapper was stopped by the police due to allegations of speeding in the San Fernando Valley, as detailed in a California Highway Patrol report sourced by TMZ. Police witnessed indications of impairment in the 29-year old, but he was not taken to jail. Instead, he was given a citation for suspected DUI and allowed to leave on the spot. TMZ reported that Toliver was handed over to the care of a sober person who was present at the time of the incident. Throughout this ordeal, Toliver reportedly stayed cooperative. He and fellow artist Kali Uchis, aged 30, had made a joint announcement on Instagram last month of the birth of their son.
