The Montgomery Police Division says it has began disciplinary motion in opposition to an officer who’s charged with DUI.
44-year-old police officer Robin Chapman has been relieved of responsibility and placed on administrative go away. Chapman joined the division in 2002 and was assigned to the executive division.
Police launched their investigation immediately after responding to a wreck within the space of Wares Ferry Highway and North Burbank Drive. Police say Chapman was off responsibility.
