NAPLES, Fla. — Police say a girl drunk tried operating by barricades with a golf cart as a result of “it was the one option to get to the parking storage.”
Kelly Haney of Indianapolis, IN is charged with driving underneath the affect.
The incident befell Sunday on the intersection of eighth Road and fifth Avenue close to the Naples Artwork Pageant which was in progress on the time.
A report of the incident says that Haney was driving a golf cart when she tried to drive by the barricades. She reportedly additionally drove over the foot of one of many responding officers after they tried a site visitors cease.
