SAN DIEGO, CA — Ten motorists had been arrested on suspicion of driving drunk at a Mission Bay sobriety checkpoint, the San Diego Police Division stated Sunday.
The checkpoint was performed at 4200 Mission Bay Drive from 9 p.m. Saturday to 2 a.m. Sunday, in line with San Diego police Officer Anthony Obregon.
Of the two,661 automobiles passing by means of the checkpoint, 990 automobiles had been screened and 11 drivers evaluated, the officer stated.
One driver was cited for driving with out a license or with a suspended or revoked license, Obregon stated.
Eleven automobiles had been impounded, he stated.
Police had been planning one other checkpoint or DUI saturation patrol on Sunday, Obregon stated.
