LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officer was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of DUI.
Garrett Spitzmesser, 25, was arrested on a DUI cost and a wrong-way driving cost Jan. 27, in keeping with police reserving and court docket information. Each prices are misdemeanors.
LVMPD spokesperson Larry Hadfield confirmed that Spitzmesser was employed by the division in 2017. Hadfield didn’t instantly affirm which space command Spitzmesser was a part of.
Based on court docket information, a felony grievance has but to be filed in opposition to Spitzmesser. His subsequent court docket look was set for March 29.
