Justin Gordon, aged 45, has been detained and charged with felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, violation of probation, among other accusations. After being taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Gordon declined to undergo a chemical test and was subsequently arraigned. He is due to answer these charges at a future date.
