Mark Cronin, a trustee from the Village of Horseheads, attended a board meeting for the first time after he was indicted on charges linked to a DWI case. Cronin is facing allegations of vehicular assault, drunk driving, and failure to stop at a stop sign. These charges arose from a car accident that took place in Yates County on July 4. Allegedly, Cronin had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher during the incident, resulting in multiple injuries, including those of children. The authorities from the Village of Horseheads are yet to comment on the issue. Cronin has reiterated his concern and support for the victims and their families.
