Trustee Attends Village Meet Post-DWI Crash Indictment in Yates County

Mark Cronin, a trustee from the Village of Horseheads, attended a board meeting for the first time after he was indicted on charges linked to a DWI case. Cronin is facing allegations of vehicular assault, drunk driving, and failure to stop at a stop sign. These charges arose from a car accident that took place in Yates County on July 4. Allegedly, Cronin had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher during the incident, resulting in multiple injuries, including those of children. The authorities from the Village of Horseheads are yet to comment on the issue.
