Former NFL cornerback Richard Sherman has been arrested on speculation of drunk driving, as per Washington State Patrol reports. The records of King County’s arrest show that Sherman was booked early on Saturday morning. Information about the incidents is limited according to the patrol’s spokesperson, Rick Johnson. There’s no reply yet on the possibility of charges being filed from the King County Prosecutor’s Office.
Sherman has had previous charges, including DUI and other misdemeanours in July 2021. He admitted guilt to two misdemeanours in May 2022 as part of an agreement to close the case.
The ex-cornerback player, aged 35, had an 11-year NFL career with Seattle Seahawks, San Francisco 49ers, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
