She pleaded ‘no contest’ to a charge of reckless driving after striking a plea deal, resulting in the dropping of two misdemeanor DUI charges. This case stems from an incident where Haddish was arrested after being found asleep and parked awkwardly in her car on a street in Beverly Hills. While this matter is resolved, Haddish still faces another DUI case in Georgia, which she has indicated she will contest in court. Despite this, she’s managed to avoid potential jail time from the LA case. For the Beverly Hills incident, attorney Alex Spiro confirmed that Haddish has agreed to a vehicle code violation and that the DUI charges have been dismissed.
