Lieutenant Matthew Malinowski, the department’s Public Information Officer, responded to viewers’ questions in a bid to foster transparency and improve community relations. Particularly, Lt. Malinowski touched on the SPD’s response to domestic violence, its incidence during the Super Bowl, DWI patrolling during the game, and provided tips on how to prevent vehicle theft.
