Authorities in Geneva have apprehended a resident of Border City Road who has reportedly fled the scene following a collision. The suspect, Brandon Golden, was arrested on January 30 after it was alleged that he had left the scene of a traffic accident. Golden, 24, was discovered to be intoxicated and to be operating a vehicle despite having a suspended driver’s license. Consequently, he was charged with operating a vehicle without a valid license, driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and fleeing the scene of a traffic accident. Golden is scheduled to respond to these allegations at a future court date.
