Speeding on Rt. 318 Leads to DWI and AUO Felony Charges

Authorities have reported the arrest of a Liverpool resident, named Sara Baker, for a felony count of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). The incident reportedly occurred on State Route 318. Additionally, Baker, 35, is faced with charges for felony counts of DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation following her arrest in Tyre.

The arrest and subsequent charges were a result of a traffic stop, prompted by Baker’s speeding on Route 318. An ensuing roadside investigation revealed that Baker was under the influence and without a valid license.

She will face these charges at a trial set for a later date. Stay updated with the latest headlines by signing up for our Morning Edition on FingerLakes1.com, a leading all-digital news outlet for the region since 1998. You can also download our free app for Android or iOS devices.
