Deadly DUI Accident in Pomona: 3 Women Dead, 3 Injured

Erin Myers and Will Conybeare reported a few minutes ago about a horrific traffic accident that happened in Pomona. An alleged drunk driver was involved in a collision resulting in three women killed and another three people injured. The Pomona Police Department provided detailed information about the incident that happened around 11 pm at the intersection of White Avenue and Phillips Boulevard.

When emergency personnel arrived at the crash site, they found all victims severely wounded. Two passengers died on the scene, while three others were rushed to a local hospital. Among them was one of the drivers who later died from the injuries.

According to initial reports, out of six victims, five women had been in one car. Victor Siharath, 36, from Pomona, the sole occupant of the other car involved in the collision, was suspected to be under the influence while driving. Officers tested Siharath for sobriety just a few feet away from the crash scene and subsequently arrested him for felony DUI.
