On Thursday, Feb. 1, around 11:46 a.m, Southborough’s police and fire departments handled a two-vehicle crash with reported injuries. At the accident site, multiple individuals from both vehicles received medical treatment from rescue workers. The investigation led to the arrest of Dana Torres from Worcester, on charges of drunk driving and irresponsible vehicle operation. Two intoxicated passengers from Torres’ vehicle were placed under protective custody, while another passenger was hospitalized for advanced medical care. The accident is still under ongoing investigation by the authorities.
