Sodus Man Faces DWI Charge – Finger Lakes News

A man from Sodus was apprehended for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) following a traffic stop on State Route 104 in Sodus, on Easter morning. The man, identified as Paul Morales, was charged with not only DWI, but also driving a vehicle under drug influence, speeding, and not showing registration proof. He was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, where a breath test showed a .00 of 1% blood alcohol content. However, a subsequent evaluation by deputies indicated that his impairment was due to consumption of a substance other than alcohol.
