The London Police Department in Kentucky received a report on Wednesday about a vehicle ditched on W. 5th Street. Upon arrival, the officers discovered Jeffery R. Caudill, 52, from Keavy, asleep and locked inside the driver’s seat. The officers managed to wake Caudill up and found him to be allegedly intoxicated.
During his arrest, Caudill reportedly resisted, shouted, and threatened the officers. He was charged with drunk driving, reckless driving, possession of an open alcoholic drink container, disorderly behavior, threats, and several minor traffic violations.
