A single-vehicle mishap occurred near 5:20 PM on Sunday in Miller County, resulting in one individual being dispatched to the emergency room and facing possible charges. According to the highway patrol, the accident transpired along Highway-42, just west of Missouri-134, when a BMW operated by 55-year-old Gary Odle from Kaiser swerved off the road before crashing into a ditch and two trees. Despite being secured by a seatbelt, Odle endured moderate injuries and was first rushed to Lake Regional, then airlifted to University Hospital. Furthermore, Odle may be facing charges due to previous DWI offenses and his failure to maintain his lane which resulted in the accident.
