The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of a man named Zach Collier who had a warrant for his arrest. The arrest was made in Waverly, Nebraska, following a traffic stop on Tuesday morning. A deputy recognized Collier’s car and pulled him over around 1:45 a.m. Upon inspection, Collier was suspected to be drunk and failed a sobriety test, leading to his arrest. His blood alcohol concentration was found to be 0.127%, significantly higher than the Nebraska legal limit of 0.08%. Collier is facing various charges, including his fourth allegation of driving under the influence.
