DUI Incident at St. Johnsbury Barracks

The Vermont State Police recently released news about an incident that transpired on the 13th of March, 2024. Trooper William Nally responded to a call at 19:07 hours regarding a vehicle off the road near the intersection of Route 5 and Marl Pond Road in Sutton, Vermont. On arrival, Nally found the car’s driver, Andrew Spencer aged 58 from Sutton, VT, under the influence of alcohol. Spencer was subsequently arrested and taken to the Vermont State Police Barracks in St. Johnsbury. Following processing, Spencer was let go with a citation issued for him to appear in front of the Caledonia County Superior Court on the 1st of April, 2024. Court action is set to proceed in this case. Despite his arrest, Spencer wasn’t kept in custody and no bail has been set. An included image appears to be a mug shot of the accused.
