A male individual is facing charges related to driving under the influence (DUI) after allegedly causing a car accident involving three other individuals on Wolcott Hollow Road in Athens Township. Pennsylvania State Police reported that 33-year-old Adam E. Potter was brought to book for hitting another car as it was turning. On February 18th, Potter, with a 34-year-old female passenger, was driving on the same road as a 26-year-old male with a 35-year-old passenger. Potter failed to stop his vehicle safely, resulting in a collision with the other vehicle. The impact caused significant damage to both vehicles, leading to both being towed from the scene. After the accident, Potter was arrested for DUI. The accident resulted in minor injuries to the 26-year-old male driver in the other vehicle.
