Jamestown Man Held for DWI, Driving with Suspended License

A resident of Jamestown was apprehended after his car hit a house. The Jamestown Police Department responded to the incident which took place at a Southside address on Tuesday at approximately 7:50 pm. They found 57-year-old Carlos Pagan in the vehicle and later suspected he was reportedly under the influence of alcohol. The officers discovered that Pagan had been convicted of DWI three times in the previous decade and his license had already been revoked. Pagan was arrested and faced charges of DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, reckless driving, and several other traffic offenses. He was detained at the Jamestown City Jail awaiting his hearing.
