Waterloo Woman Hits Police Car During Investigation, Arrested for DWI

A local woman in Waterloo was recently arrested following an investigation in a village business, according to reports from the Waterloo Police Department. The woman, identified as Annette Sepulveda, 44, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and driving unsafely in reverse.

The arrest was the result of a situation on February 24th, for which the police had been called to a local establishment for a separate 911 call. Police officers from the Seneca Falls Police Department and the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the investigation. Their inquiry revealed that Sepulveda had operated her vehicle under the influence, and backed her car into a cruiser from the Seneca Falls Police Department.

Sepulveda was issued tickets and will face her charges at a future court date.
