A woman, Jarika Lazore, 29, from Massena, New York, has been charged with multiple offenses following a traffic stop on February 1. The Massena Police Department stated that Lazore is facing a felony charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a minor below 16 years in the car, contravening Leandra’s Law. Additional charges also include misdemeanors for driving under the influence of drugs and child endangerment. After being presented in the Town of Massena Court, Lazore was released.
