Spickard Man Arrested on Felony Warrant, DWI Charge in Livingston County

Police have confirmed the arrest of a man from Spickard on a felony warrant and a driving offence on Monday night in Livingston County.

The arrest of 57-year-old Jace N. Baker was reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol at around 7:50pm on preliminary charges of felony DUI as a repeat offender, driving on a revoked license, not adhering to the correct side of the road, and not having proof of insurance.

Authorities disclosed that Baker also had an active felony warrant from Grundy County for DUI.

Baker was detained at the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center where he was held for 24 hours.
