Authorities have reported the arrest of a man from Romulus for driving while intoxicated (DWI) after conducting an investigation on the night of March 20. The 24-year-old, identified as Noah Palumbo, was apprehended and charged with DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation. Deputies stopped him around 1:20 a.m. in the town of Waterloo when they noticed he was driving with a flat tire.
