State police based in Marienville, Pa reported incidents of suspected DUI with children aboard and drug possession.
A local woman was apprehended for reportedly driving under the influence with children in her car. Police viewed her vehicle, a 2007 Pontiac, committing a series of traffic infractions on the 100 block of Cherry Street in Jenks Township, Forest County, at around 9:08 PM on Monday, March 25.
After conducting a traffic stop, they found she was demonstrably intoxicated. The woman, identified as a resident of Lucinda, was taken to Clarion Hospital for a lawful blood draw before being released.
Furthermore, at 12:24 AM on Thursday, March 28, in Jenks Township, law enforcement executed another stop, this time on State Route 66. The driver, a 35-year-old man from Oil City, was found to have drugs and related paraphernalia.
He was apprehended, processed, and subsequently released, with charges currently pending at the office of District Judge Daniel L. Miller.
Police have not disclosed the identities of the suspects at this time. However, they will release the names after the filing of court documents is concluded, at which point an updated article will be posted.
