Zachery Ty Bryan, renowned for his role in the classic 90s sitcom Home Improvement, was reportedly arrested early Saturday in California on suspicion of drunk driving, TMZ reports. The tabloid acquired online records disclosing that the La Quinta Police apprehended Bryan on suspicion of DUI with at least three prior incidents. He was also charged with a lesser count of contempt of court. A department representative noted that a traffic stop on Bryan’s vehicle occurred shortly after 2 a.m., as they suspected it was involved in a previous crash. Bryan is scheduled for a court appearance on these charges in mid-April. The troubled 42-year-old actor has a history of arrests relating to alleged domestic violence. Just last fall, he pleaded guilty to fourth-degree felony assault and served a week in jail. Bryan hasn’t issued a comment regarding his recent arrest.
