A man identified as Monte Henderson from Kirkwood, who was previously charged for a crash that resulted in the death of a mother and daughter walking downtown after a Drake concert, is now facing an additional misdemeanor charge for driving while intoxicated. The incident happened on February 14 when Henderson reportedly ran a red light, hitting and killing Laticha Bracero, 42, and her daughter Alyssa Cordova, 21. After initially being charged in February, a St. Louis grand jury recently indicted him, adding another count of driving while intoxicated. Henderson, who is currently under house arrest with GPS monitoring following a $20,000 cash bond, is prohibited from driving. The authorities caught the crash in a surveillance video showing an SUV running a red light at approximately 70 miles per hour and striking two pedestrians.
