The Suffolk County Police Department has reported that Marcio Sanchez-Padilla, 29, was taken into custody after a DWI incident in Terryville, New York. On Friday night, Padilla crashed into a stationary vehicle and a fence while driving a 2005 Nissan Altima. The incident, which occurred at 11:38 pm, resulted in his passenger, 40-year-old Walter Rodriguez, sustaining serious injuries. Both Sanchez-Padilla and Rodriguez were transported to Stony Brook University Hospital. Sanchez-Padilla, who incurred minor injuries, was charged with DWI and his court hearing is pending.
