Upper Moreland Police Arrest Four for Theft, DUI

The Upper Moreland Police Department recently disclosed four arrests including two DUI cases and two cases related to retail theft.

Details of the retail theft acts reveal that Berisford England, a 38-year-old from Glenside, was apprehended on January 20 for Retail Theft, accepting stolen items, and owning criminal tools. Charges were levied after England was identified in a heist involving $4800 worth of Apple products from Best Buy located at 1130 Easton Road in Willow Grove.

In a separate incident, Gina Joseph, 45, from Warminster, was taken into custody for Retail Theft on January 21 at noon. She is alleged of lifting $190 worth of goods over a period of many months from Walmart at 2101 Blair Mill Road in Willow Grove.

Furthermore, details about DUI apprehensions show that on December 7, 2023 at 11:55 PM, Edward O’Connor, a 75-year-old man from Roslyn, was arrested for DUI and DUI-.16% or Higher (M). O’Connor was apprehended subsequent to a traffic halt revealing him to be impaired around Fitzwatertown Road and Moreland Road in Willow Grove.

Likewise, Sheldon Henry, 36, from Horsham, was nabbed for DUI at 1:52 AM on January 27, 2024. Henry was caught driving under the influence during a traffic halt at Easton Road and Summit Avenue in Willow Grove.
