Suspended License Driver Gets Another DWI in Seneca

The Sheriff’s Office in Seneca County reports the arrest of a man from Fairport following an incident that took place in Tyre. The man, Sean Miller, aged 35, has been charged with drunk driving and an elevated unlicensed operation felony.

Miller was stopped after he was noticed driving a car with a covered license plate. Upon investigating, it was discovered that he was under the influence and was driving without a valid license. According to deputies, Miller’s license was already suspended due to a past DWI arrest and his refusal to take a chemical test at that time.

Miller was given appearance tickets and will be called to answer the charges at a later date.
