During the festive season, Bayonne police have taken strict actions against drunk drivers, leading to six arrests for drunk driving, as stated by the authorities. Bayonne Police Chief Robert Geisler asserts that their primary concern is the safety of their residents, and they will continue their efforts to mitigate drunk driving till the end of the year and beyond. If caught driving under influence, serious consequences will follow. Since the beginning of December, Bayonne police have already charged nine drivers with drunk driving.
