ODOT and West Virginia Division of Highways prepare for any snow accumulation


MARIETTA, Ohio (WTAP) -The primary main snowfall of the season is predicted Thursday, ODOT crews are making ready roads for protected driving circumstances.

ODOT Public Info Officer Ashley Rittenhouse stated ODOT crews are pouring brine on roads in preparation for any snow or ice accumulation. This water and rock salt combination assist to make the roads much less slick for drivers who will take to the roads tomorrow.

Rittenhouse stated managers are monitoring the climate report and can deploy their snow plows if obligatory. Rittenhouse says twenty snow plows are on the prepared in Washington County.
