ALBANY — The Governor’s Visitors Security Committee and the Division of Motor Automobiles are observing the “No Empty Chair” marketing campaign that runs by Friday.
The teenager driving security training and enforcement marketing campaign raises consciousness of freeway risks within the hope there will likely be no empty chairs throughout promenade and commencement season.
