Matthew Ensley has been apprehended following a two-vehicle collision on the Santa Fe Springs 605 Freeway near Spring Avenue, leading to him facing severe DUI charges. According to sources, the accident, which involved an off-duty LAPD lieutenant in an Audi A3 and a Toyota Camry, took place on March 31. As a result of the high-speed collision, which reportedly occurred due to Ensley’s blood alcohol level being more than double the legal limit, two people were hospitalized with injuries.
