KINGSTON – A Shokan man who was arrested twice in 30 days on felony DWI expenses, pled responsible to each and faces one to a few years when sentencing in Ulster County Courtroom in October.
Marcus Kelley, 32, was arrested on October 25, 2020 and charged with felony DWI. He was mandated to be launched because the cost was not a qualifying offense underneath the state’s bail reform legal guidelines.
A month later, he was arrested on November 24, 2020 and charged once more with felony DWI.
He was once more launched and by no means got here again to court docket.
Kelley was returned on a warrant in April 2021 and has been within the Ulster County Jail since then the place he’ll stay pending sentencing.
