A Hudson Valley man was charged with felony DWI after allegedly driving drunk with youngsters within the automotive.
The incident befell in Rockland County round 3 a.m., Monday, Sept. 19, in Ramapo.
In response to the Ramapo Police, a 37-year-old Orange County resident from Monroe was stopped for a routine visitors infraction when officers seen he was allegedly impaired by alcohol.
The person’s 8-year-old daughter and 3-month-old son have been within the automobile, in addition to a 1-year-old, police stated.
The person, whose id was not launched by police, was processed for the next expenses:
