Off-duty CMPD officer charged with DWI after crashing into sign


CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – An officer with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Division was arrested Friday morning after it was decided she was driving whereas impaired.

Officers say that whereas off responsibility, Crystal Washington misplaced management of her private automotive alongside the 7100 block of Robinson Church Street and hit an indication.
