CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire State Police can be patrolling the streets and highways of the better Harmony space, searching for drunken drivers.
Col. Nathan Noyes, the director of state police, and Lt. Daniel Baldassarre, Troop D’s commander, mentioned troopers can be on the roadways within the space on Saturday.
