JOHNSTOWN, N.Y. (NEWS10)- The New York State Police mentioned they arrested a Johnstown man on three counts of aggravated driving whereas intoxicated on Saturday night.
Erik Frascatore, 29, was pulled over within the space of State Route 29 within the City of Ephratah, June 13, after State Police obtained a report of an erratic driver shortly earlier than 5 p.m., they mentioned.
