FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — A deputy in Franklin County is presently dealing with a misdemeanor cost after being arrested for driving whereas inebriated over the weekend, officers say.
Based on the Franklin County Sheriff’s Workplace, Deputy McKenzie Dylan Smith was arrested by Rocky Mount cops throughout the early morning hours on Saturday, April 23.
