Michigan Lawyer Basic Dana Nessel Wednesday introduced costs towards Valerie O’Brien, a former captain with the MSU Police. O’Brien is charged with:

- One depend of carrying a hid pistol below the affect with a BAC of 0.10 or extra, a 93-day misdemeanor

In February, O’Brien was arrested after failing a area sobriety take a look at and refusing a preliminary breath take a look at (PBT). She had pulled onto the shoulder of I-96 and the Michigan State Police inquired if she wanted help.
