Two folks have been arrested by State Troopers in Sullivan County over the weekend, one in every of them was arrested twice.
Saturday at 3:00 am, Troopers arrested 43-year-old James D Baker of Milan for alleged possession of a managed substance, no seatbelt, and on an Adair County warrant for alleged failure to seem on a dashing cost.
