SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — All the following info was provided by the Suffolk County Police Division.

First Precinct

  • Could 4: Christina Waldman, 57, of Copiague, was arrested in West Babylon and charged with third-degree prison mischief: property of $250 or extra.
  • Could 3: John Perri, 58, of West Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • Could 3: Terence Trice, 39, of Amityville, was arrested in Amityville and charged with first-degree rape: forcible compulsion.
  • Could 1: Xavier Medina-Carrero, 35, of North Amityville, was arrested in North Lindenhurst and charged with DWI: earlier conviction in 10 years.
  • April 29: Lequarn Wade, 45, of Wyandanch, was arrested in North Babylon and charged with third-degree grand larceny and false personation.
  • April 29: Shameik Legette, 36, of Deer Park, was arrested in West Babylon and charged with first-degree theft: use of harmful instrument.

Second Precinct

  • Could 4: Ashley Sullo, 27, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Huntington and charged with DWI: earlier conviction in 10 years.
  • Could 3: Khalil Beck, 22, of Central Islip, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with first-degree theft: shows firearm.
  • Could 2: Jose Santiago, 34, of Brentwood, was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • Could 1: Cesar Cortes, 37, of Central Islip, was arrested in South Huntington and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: worth of property greater than $1,000.
  • Could 1: Robert Mendoza, 31, of Deer Park, was arrested in Deer Park and charged with third-degree prison mischief: property of $250 or extra.
  • April 30: Jimmy Portillo, 27, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with third-degree theft.
  • April 30: Lisa Garafalo, 56, of Huntington Station, was arrested in East Meadow and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • April 28: William Leach, 53, of Melville, was arrested in Melville and charged with DWI: first offense.

Third Precinct

  • Could 3: Jeffrey Penagos, 25, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with two counts of first-degree prison sale of a managed substance: 2 oz narcotic drug, two counts of second-degree prison sale of a managed substance: 1/2 oz narcotic drug, one depend of second-degree prison possession of a managed substance: narcotic drug- 4 oz or extra, and one depend of third-degree prison sale of a managed substance: narcotic drug.
  • Could 2: Tyrone Stevens, 60, of Brentwood, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with six counts of third-degree housebreaking: unlawful entry with intent, two counts of third-degree prison mischief: property of $250 or extra, and one depend of possession of burglar instruments.
  • Could 1: Esteban Garcia-Nunez, 36, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • Could 1: Juan Rosilgaldamez, 34, of Brentwood, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • April 30: Gabriela Cruz, 23, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • April 30: David White Jr., 46, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with DWI: 2 earlier convictions in 10 years.
  • April 29: Tamia Goodman, 22, of Brentwood, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with third-degree housebreaking: unlawful entry w/ intent.

Fourth Precinct

  • Could 4: Michael Smith, 20, of Deer Park, was arrested in Islip and charged with first-degree function motorized vehicle impaired by medication.
  • April 30: Michael Natale, 28, of Nesconset, was arrested in Smithtown and charged with second-degree theft: aided by one other.
  • April 30: John Natoli, 24, of Holtsville, was arrested in Islandia and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • April 29: Zacary Oliva-Aguilar, 24, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Commack and charged with DWI: first offense and third-degree possession of cast instrument.
  • April 29: Nestor Guampe, 39, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with DWI: first offense.

Fifth Precinct

  • Could 4: Kalithe Bell, 21, of Medford, was arrested in Bohemia and charged with 4 counts of third-degree prison sale of a managed substance: narcotic drug.
  • Could 3: Luis Pillacela, 50, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with first-degree sexual abuse: sufferer underneath 13/defendant 21.
  • Could 1: Glenda Saravia, 29, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • April 30: Luis Lopez-Aguilar, 21, of Medford, was arrested in East Patchogue and charged with DWI: first offense.

Sixth Precinct

  • Could 4: Marcel Steward, 32, of Coram, was arrested in Coram and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • Could 4: Brando Henriquez, 45, of Holtsville, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with second-degree theft: aided by one other.
  • Could 3: Spencer Burton, 27, of Brentwood, was arrested in Medford and charged with second-degree theft: aided by one other.
  • Could 3: John McGee, 32, of Wheatley Heights, was arrested in Selden and charged with third-degree prison possession of a managed substance: stimulant.
  • Could 2: Ryan Ford, 23, of Massapequa, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station and charged with DWI: first offense and reckless endangerment of property.
  • Could 1: Thomas Tagliaferro, 60, of Port Jefferson, was arrested in Setauket-East Setauket and charged with second-degree housebreaking: dwelling and prison mischief: intent to wreck property.
  • April 30: Cody Miller, 29, of Lumberton, was arrested in Coram and charged with second-degree prison possession of a weapon: loaded firearm.
  • April 29: Robert Jimenez, 27, of Ridge, was arrested in Selden and charged with third-degree prison possession of a managed substance: narcotic drug w/ intent to promote and seventh-degree prison possession of a managed substance.
  • April 29: Josewalberto Rodriguez-Rodas, 34, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station and charged with DWI: first offense.

Seventh Precinct

  • Could 3: Steven Perry Jr., 38, of Mastic Seashore, was arrested in Mastic Seashore and charged with third-degree prison possession of a managed substance: narcotic drug w/ intent to promote.
  • Could 2: Rodrigo Flores, 19, of Medford, was arrested in Shirley and charged with first-degree sexual abuse: contact w/ particular person lower than 11.
  • Could 1: Stephen Mogil, 62, of Miller Place, was arrested in Shirley and charged with third-degree prison mischief: property of $250 or extra.
  • Could 1: Fernando Flores, 19, of Shirley, was arrested in Shirley and charged with second-degree rape: actor 18 or older; sufferer lower than 15.
  • Could 1: Claudio Mayancela, 41, of Shirley, was arrested in Shirley and charged with DWI: first offense.
