SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — All the following data was provided by the Suffolk County Police Division.

A felony cost is barely an accusation and doesn’t point out a conviction.

First Precinct

  • Jan. 11: Michael Ziniti, 44, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in West Babylon and charged with third-degree assault w/ intent to trigger bodily harm.
  • Jan. 8: Damian Ferrer, 21, of the Bronx, was arrested in Deer Park and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: worth of property greater than $1,000.

Second Precinct

  • Jan. 12: Robert Oberle, 64, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Halesite and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • Jan. 10: Daniel Molina, 26, of Brentwood, was arrested in Huntington and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • Jan. 7: Sereniti Butler, 20, of the Bronx, was arrested in Huntington and charged with three counts of third-degree grand larceny, three counts of fourth-degree grand larceny: worth of property greater than $1,000 and two counts of petty larceny.
  • Jan. 7: Terell Marks, 26, of Penbrook, PA, was arrested in Huntington and charged with third-degree grand larceny.
  • Jan. 6: Cesar Gomez-Garcia, 34, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with first-degree course of sexual conduct with little one and second-degree course of sexual conduct with little one underneath 11.
  • Jan. 6: Mynor Rodriguez, 37, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with DWI: earlier conviction in 10 years.

  • Jan. 12: Eric Tejada-Polanco, 34, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with second-degree housebreaking: dwelling.
  • Jan. 11: Alexander Tucker, 21, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with third-degree felony possession of a managed substance: narcotic drug w/ intent to promote.
  • Jan. 8: Fabrianna Restrani, 24, of West Babylon, was arrested in West Islip and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • Jan. 8: Jose Flores-Rodriguez, 34, of Central Islip, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • Jan. 7: Adriana Sanchez, 33, of Mastic, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with second-degree arson: intent individual current.
  • Jan. 6: Troy Moore, 30, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with third-degree grand larceny.
  • Jan. 6: Michael Aviles, 20, of Brentwood, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with second-degree felony possession of weapon: loaded firearm.
  • Jan. 6: Erick Espinal, 19, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with third-degree felony possession of a managed substance: narcotic drug w/ intent to promote.
  • Jan. 6: Jose Ynoabatista, 34, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with second-degree course of sexual conduct with little one underneath 13.

Fourth Precinct

  • Jan. 6: Kellie Bridges, 28, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Ronkonkoma and charged with second-degree housebreaking: dwelling.

Fifth Precinct

  • Jan. 12: Angel Atiencia, 64, of Patchogue, was arrested in North Bellport and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • Jan. 9: Erin Breslin, 42, of Centereach, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • Jan. 8: Issai Munoz-Ortega, 39, of Medford, was arrested in Medford and charged with first-degree sexual abuse: contact w/ particular person lower than 11.

Sixth Precinct

  • Jan. 11: Michael Mancuso, 42, of Holbrook, was arrested in Farmingville and charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny: bank card.
  • Jan. 10: Anita Cagnoli, 74, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Centereach and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • Jan. 9: Henry Molinahernandez, 31, of Centereach, was arrested in Centereach and charged with aggravated DWI.
  • Jan. 8: Jose Galeasroque, 35, of Farmingville, was arrested in Farmingville and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • Jan. 7: Michael Strauman, 37, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Selden and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: worth of property greater than $1,000.
  • Jan. 7: Jamel Hart, 25, of Patchogue, was arrested in Coram and charged with second-degree felony possession of a weapon: loaded firearm and third-degree flee officer in motorcar.
  • Jan. 7: Lea Fisher, 20, of Shirley, was arrested in Coram and charged with second-degree felony possession of a weapon: loaded firearm.
  • Jan. 7: Billy Williams, 58, of Coram, was arrested in Center Island and charged with DWI: earlier conviction in 10 years.

Seventh Precinct

  • Jan. 6: Fernando Saraguro, 25, of Mastic, was arrested in Moriches and charged with DWI: first offense.
